Your daddy's girl.

My daddy means the absolute world to me.
I don't know what it is about him, but he will always have a special piece of my heart.
He will have it forever, I love him so very much.
I truly am a daddy's girl.
It's hard growing up and becoming more independent because deep down I just want to run into his arms and have him carry me to my bed.
I was definitely that little girl that faked sleeping just so I could have my daddy carry me to my bed.
It was my favorite.
I treasure the time I get to spend with my fajaa. He is such an amazing man.
I have learned so much from him, and I continue to learn more each and every day.
I feel so truly blessed to have been given such a sweet, funny, loving, hard working, supportive, warm, caring, and protective father in my life.
My dad has always let me know how much he loves me, and I truly hope he knows that I love him so, SO much.
I do dad, I really really do.
Thank you for putting up with me and setting me straight through the rough middle school years, for providing a lovely home to grow up in, for making sure we always had food to eat, for all the wonderful memories we created on vacations, for teaching me right from wrong, for teaching me how to have fun, for the warm hugs and sweet kisses, for the reassuring words to calm fears, and for the constant love and support you give me.
I love you SO much dad.
I will always be your little girl.
Your little Daddy's girl :)

This father's day was complete with some sweet presents, a manly dinner of steak loaded twice baked potatoes pretzel rolls and salad, and a bananas foster cake to top it all off :)

'Twas a good day :)

Oh, and check out this vid it is quite sweet :)

All my love,
Aleigh Joy
