Heaven Can Heal

Monday, March 4, 2019

After church today we were listening to the Worth of Souls album. It's soo good, if you need some uplifting background music for your Sundays, this is it. This particular song really spoke to me today. The line "earth has no sorrow heaven can't heal" hit me hard. I've heard it before, but today it stuck. We're all going through something. Every single one of us. Each of our "sorrows" will look a little bit different. Each of those sorrows are also completely valid. I remember talking to a friend about the struggles she was going through and the sorrows she was feeling because of it. At the end of telling me all about her feelings she said "but I know that others have it way worse than me so I really shouldn't be complaining. I'm sorry for dumping all of that on you." You guys. I don't care if you're sad because your milkshake fell on the floor... you should never discredit the way you are feeling! Feeling is living. Feeling means you're human. Feeling helps you learn and experience. The problem lies when you dwell on those feelings and let them define you, your worth, your happiness, and your well being. One of my hardest emotional years was the year after Oaklyn was born because I was dealing with PPD. I remember feeling so insanely guilty for feeling sorrow when I had this beautiful baby in my arms. I felt so lame for wishing for a different life when mine was one others are praying for. But there lies the first problem. I chose to discredit my feelings. I chose to not give myself a chance to immerse myself in all I was feeling, I instead chose to bottle it all up and erupt when I couldn't keep it all in anymore. I chose not to remember that all the sorrow I was feeling, can and will be healed. There will be a day when we no longer feel this despair, weakness, and loneliness. That thought alone brings so much comfort and joy into my heart. That being said, I'm human. I know that the comfort lasts only long enough to get you through one emotional breakdown or obstacle... but the next one may not be far off. Thankfully, God has given us the strength to fight through the pain and sorrow we feel on this earth. In the scriptures we are told to be "strong and courageous" to not be afraid or discouraged... because the Lord is on our side. So how do we apply that to our daily lives? I have found that heaven feels close when my prayers are humble and I let Heavenly Father know that I cannot do this on my own. "Earth has no sorry that Heaven can't heal." I find so much comfort in knowing that Heaven is so much bigger than all of us. That there is a plan greater than us. That there is a Savior inviting us. Life hasn't exactly been easy for us these past few years. We've dealt with my post-partum emotional state, we've had a death that rocked our worlds, we've lived in numerous homes, struggled financially, felt discouraged, felt unappreciated and neglected, and several times we've felt completely knocked down. But we have always found comfort in knowing there will be a day when there will be trouble no more.

Tasty Tuesday: Perfect Sunday Crockpot Roast

Tuesday, March 14, 2017

Okay, so you don't have to only make this on Sunday haha.
It's just more of a Sunday meal for us!
I love making a big meal on Sundays because I have the most time and I just want to keep it a tradition in our little family.
Sundays are a special family day for us so I like to make a special meal that we wouldn't have any other day of the week.
Hunter is obsessed with pot roast.
Like, if you want him to be in a good mood all day... just make pot roast haha.
I remember when we first got married, he said he always looked forward to Sundays because he knew there was a good chance his mom would make a pot roast.
Because of that, I decided to make my first ever roast!
I was SO disappointed when it was tough, chewy, and dry.
There was zero flavor to it and it was almost hard to eat haha.
I was so bummed because I knew it was Hunter's favorite, so I tried out different things and finally found a combination of things that work!
So, here's what I do to make our Sunday roast :)

Ingredients:
-Chuck Roast or Chuck Tender Roast (either of these work, but stick with chuck! No rump or anything else)
-Potatoes (I usually either use russet or red. I quarter them and do probably 6 red or 4-5 russet)
-1/2 Yellow onion sliced
-1 packet dry onion soup mix
-3/4 cup water
-Salt and pepper
-Garlic Salt
-Garlic powder
-2 tbsp olive oil

Directions:
1) Put your oil in a frying pan and get it sizzling
2) Coat your thawed roast in the dry onion soup mix with salt and pepper
3) Add your meat in the sizzling oil and sear for a few minutes on each side until browned.
4) Stick your roast in the crockpot and add your potatoes and sliced onion over the top. Pour the water over the top. Sprinkle with garlic salt and garlic powder (about a tsp each) and cover.
5) Now here's the part that you HAVE to make sure you do. You need to SLOW cook it to get it to fall apart. And i mean like realllyy slow. I do like 7 hours on high or I'll do 8-10 hours on low. Remember, the longer the better!
6) Take a fork and twist it in the meat. You know it's done when it is tender and easily breaks apart. If it feels tough, let it go longer.
7) Place on a plate and and serve the potatoes and onion on the side. Use your drippings to make a gravy as well. I usually strain the drippings to just get the liquid. I'll do about 1 stick of butter melted in a saucepan and add 3 tbsp of flour to make a roux. Then I add my drippings and whisk together. I usually just add a little water if it seems too thick and more salt if needed. Then serve with some rolls and veggies!

I hope this works for the rest of you that just couldn't seem to get your roast right.
This is tried and true and the only way I do it now!
The browning of the meat gives such a good flavor and the slow cooking just makes it so tender!
Now go ahead and make yourself a delicious roast ;)

All my love,
Aleigh Joy

On A Sunday

Monday, February 29, 2016

When Hunter and I were just a family of two, Sundays meant a day for us to snuggle and be lazy all day long.
We would sleep in, go to church, eat dinner, watch a movie, and snuggle.
That was about it, but it was exactly what we needed.
We both worked, Hunter went to school, Hunter played football, and life was just busy.
Sundays were a breath of fresh air.

When we became a family of three, Sundays were just a tad different.
I'm sure you have all heard before that when you become a mama, you don't get any days off.
Oh, how true that is!
Sunday included...
While I still love Sundays, they have proven to be a bit challenging with our sweet Oaklyn girl.
Church is a game of chasing her around, finding ways to entertain her, standing in the hall with her, and trading off who gets to listen in class and who gets to take her. Ha, its the truth!
I believe they call this the..."countdown to nursery" age.
Once we have made it through church, we usually go home to eat some lunch.
After we're all fed, Oaklyn still has a couple hours before nap time.
Those can be the hardest hours...
If it were any normal day we would go run errands, but we're LDS, and don't run errands on Sunday.
So, here are a few things we do to keep the Sabbath day holy while also entertaining a baby ;)

1) Go for a walk.
Yes! Go! Walks are the greatest family activity, I'm convinced. We are loving the sunnier and warmer weather we're getting right now and taking walks together has been so great for all of us. We love sticking oaks in her jogging stroller with some snacks. She loves watching the cars drive by, and Hunter and I love getting uninterrupted conversation in. We'll occasionally stop at the park and go down the slide or swing on the swings also.

2) Have a family picnic.
This can be indoor or outdoor, near or far. You can even pack it up on your family walk
and just go set up camp at the park while the kids play. It'll get all their energy out too! There's just something about a picnic. I just love the whole feel of it. Fresh fruit, juice pouches, sandwiches, and chips make the perfect picnic lunch.

3) Watch a movie.
I love watching movies. but this usually happens AFTER we put Oaks down. Or else I'll get nothing out of the movie ;) We love watching church movies on Sundays but we also enjoy several others. Before we even had Oaklyn, one of our favorites was Tangled ha. I'm so not ashamed to admit it, it's a pretty cute love story ;)

4) Have a family talent show/fashion show
I can't wait until Oaklyn is a little older so we can have these all the time! It'll encourage your kids to try out new talents and it'll help them have good confidence in themselves. I would recommend not having "judges" but hey, to each his own!

5) Go through old photos, journals, yearbooks, home movies, or anything else sentimental.
I wrote in a journal almost every day in high school about me and Hunter's relationship. We LOVE going through those journals and laughing about our teenage drama. We also love watching videos of Oaklyn in her first year, watching our wedding video and Hunter's homecoming video, as well as looking at our photo books. I'm so glad I've recorded so many memories for Oaklyn to have later on.

6) Call or facetime a friend or family member
Since we have so much extra time on Sunday to just hangout. we like to facetime with family. It's a great way to keep them updated on Oaklyn's life as well as see all the new things she is doing. We love talking and catching up while the camera is facing her. It's like they are right there with us :)

Those are just a few things we love doing as a family on Sunday but there are so many more out there!
Such as head rubs and foot rubs, family history work, "makeovers" with little girls, baking a treat, or playing a board game.
What are your favorite things to do with your family on Sunday?

This past Sunday I wore one of my all time favorite dresses from Pink Desert.
I LOVE this company and their cute clothes!
No only is this dress adorable, but it is beyond comfortable.
It is the perfect length and gives the perfect stretch to chase Oaklyn all through church ;)
I love the floral and stripe combo. Mixing patterns is just so fun to me.
Make sure to check out Pink Desert to get this dress, but while you're at it, make sure you also check out all their new arrivals! They are to die for!

On Point.

It's another Happy Sunday!
The sun is shining and my heart feels happy :)

First off, I'm sorry I haven't answered questions in a few days!
I've taken a look at them but I haven't been able to sit down and answer all of them.
I'm working on it!
Second, I came across a  video the other day and decided I would share it today.
My church means the world to me, I love it so so much.
Therefore, it is hard for me to grasp that others don't.
I went to the temple on Thursday this week.
I met a darling Mexican family inside.
They were performing baptisms in Spanish.
My heart was melted, it truly brought a tear to my eyes.
I took 2 years of Spanish in high school, but I still couldn't understand a word they were saying.
It didn't matter though. They were performing the Lord's work and that made me feel so warm.
The Lord's church is the same no matter where you are in the world, no matter what language you speak, no matter what culture you grew up with.
That, is incredible.
I know this church is the one true church on earth today.
I want all of you to feel that same way.
I thought this video was a great explanation of all we stand for.
It answers a lot of questions and portrays all that Mormons are.
Take a look :)

It's A Beautiful World I See

Sunday, September 1, 2013
Happy Sunday!
Truly though, don't you just love Sundays?
I always look forward to this day :)
This is what third hour looked like for me today:

Haha I loveee my sunbeams :)

So remember the video I posted of the temple in honor of my lovely Friday?
I also took some shots of the beautiful La Jolla cove!
This morning as I was debating whether or not to wake up, I decided I would turn those clips into a video.
La Jolla is one of the most beautiful places. I am convinced.
If you ever get the chance, make sure to stop by the cove and wander the cliffs overlooking the crystal blue water.
You will be amazed :)

Sunday 'Spiration

Monday, July 22, 2013
I realize I left the "in" in inspiration off, but it flows better ya know?
As I was getting ready for church this morning I decided to search youtube for an inspirational video to listen to.
Technology is a really cool thing people.
Lately I have been struggling with explaining how important the temple is to me.
I can't stress how thankful I am for temples all over, but it is so hard to tell others that who can't even walk inside.
I've tried so hard to find the perfect answer to helping others understand just how special temples really are in our faith, but no words ever seemed to completely express that.
Therefore, I decided I needed to watch something on temples.
I found the most amazing video.
I teared up at how perfect he explains everything.
Watch it for yourselves.
And hopefully, just maybe, some of you may better understand how sacred temples truly are.

I love the temple.
I love the sweet spirit I am filled with as I get to participate in the wonderful work we do inside.
I know that temples are part of God's plan for us and I know that as long as I keep myself worthy to enter the temple I will receive numerous blessings.
I know that I can be sealed to my sweetheart for time and all eternity in the temple and that we will be able to create an eternal family because of it.
I cannot wait for that day :)
I know that the work we do inside is incredibly important.
I love the temple, and I love being Mormon.

Happy Sabbath my friends!

All my love,
Aleigh Joy

Hoppy Easter

Sunday, March 31, 2013

Happy Easter my dear friends and family!
That video is amazing, and I cried tears of sorrow and joy while watching it.
I love our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, more than I can even put into words.
I am so grateful for his atoning sacrifice and for the way that he taught all to love, and be kind to one another.
The plan of salvation is so perfect and so real. I testify that it is.
I know that the atonement and resurrection were essential to fulfilling this glorious plan.
I know that there is one way to Heaven, and that is through our Savior.
If we strive to be more like him daily, we will be ready to meet our Father in Heaven.
The Savior is the one who unlocks our passageway through death to eternal life.
His is the name that opens the way to forgiveness and repentance.
I am beyond grateful for the sacrifice he made, for the suffering he endured.
More importantly, I am grateful he has risen. I am grateful that our savior lives today.
I am grateful we have his perfect example to strive to follow.
I love Easter, I love the special spirit I have felt all of today.
I woke up happy, I woke up with so much love in my heart for my dear brother, Jesus Christ.
So happy Easter Friends, I hope you have felt how loved you truly are.
I hope you strive to be more like our Savior.
I hope you remember that he lives :)

All my love,
Aleigh Joy

Daily Bread

Sunday, March 17, 2013

"I bear you my witness of the living reality of the Bread of Life, Jesus Christ, and of the infinite power and reach of His Atonement. Ultimately, it is His Atonement, His grace, that is our daily bread. We should seek Him daily, to do His will each day, to become one with Him as He is one with the Father. I bless you that as you seek it from Him, your Heavenly Father will grant you your daily bread, in the name of Jesus Christ, amen."
-Elder D. Todd Christofferson

More from this wonderful CES Fireside can be found here.
And let me just say, no matter where you are in life, you need these words.

"The Lord’s invitation to seek our daily bread at our Heavenly Father’s hand speaks of a loving God, aware of even the small, daily needs of His children and anxious to assist them, one by one. He is saying that we can ask in faith of that Being “that giveth to all men liberally, and upbraideth not; and it shall be given” (James 1:5). That is, of course, tremendously reassuring, but there is something at work here that is more significant than just help in getting by day to day. As we seek and receive divine bread daily, our faith and trust in God and His Son grow."

I told you... what are you waiting for? ;)

Happy Sunday friends! :)

Finding Happiness

Monday, March 4, 2013
Have I mentioned how much I REALLY love my institute class?
Well its true, I do.
What we learned the other day, has really stuck with me.
I keep referring back to the notes I took and thinking deeper into what we talked about.
I think that means something. I think it means I needed that lesson.
Yep, I sure did.

Here goes the summary because I think everyone could learn a thing or two from a really lovely lesson.
(Keep in mind my thoughts don't work like a normal persons. They are everywhere all at once, but if I can connect the dots, I believe you can too.)

Take a second and think...
What Equals Eternal Happiness??
Do you have an answer? Kay good, write it down so you remember it.

Have you ever heard of Maslow's Hierarchy of needs?
If you haven't I suggest reading up on it, It really is quite interesting.
Anyhow, here they are...

Study that as much as you want and argue with it all you will, but shoot, its the dang truth.
In that order precisely.
Where are you?
Why are you not at the point you want to be?
Aha! We shall see...

"If you deliberately plan on being less than you are capable of being then I warn you that you will be unhappy for the rest of your life."
- Maslow

Alright so now think about this:
The 5 needs that should really be fulfilled are 1) physical 2) social 3) emotional 4) mental (intellectual) and 5) spiritual.
Kay easy enough right?
Yes, it should be. If you can find a balance among all of them.
That right there though, is the hardest for everyone.
Here's what it should look like to find a balance:

Soo I'm not the best "bubble" maker, I get it... But there's a bigger point!
Notice how the biggest bubble is the spiritual one. Notice how everything around that is the same size (or at least supposed to be haha).
The point is that if you make your spirituality the biggest part of who you are, every other thing will be balanced in your life.
Therefore, no stress.
Woah, THAT is a magical formula to happiness.
Catching on? Kay cool.

3 Nephi 13:24-34 talks about how Heavenly Father WILL provide every little thing we will ever need for us. If he doesn't provide Steve Madden Combat boots for you or a shiny new iphone, chances are you REALLY don't need it to make you happy.
Matthew 6:24-34  talks about focusing on the Kingdom of Heaven. Somehow, the scriptures talk a whole lot about that. I think He is trying to get the point across.
The plea is to have us focus less on the pride of the world and more on eternal consequences.
Having that Aha moment yet?
Me too.

One last scripture. Alma 32:27-43.
Ohhhh the parable of the seed/tree.
Let that seep in a little bit deeper for ya.
PLANT YOUR SEED IN HIM!
Did I get the point across?
Cultivate your seed. How many times does it mention the words "seek" and "knock?"
A whole bunch. That's how many times.
Water your seed and make conscious decisions.
Fertilize your seed by kneeling and asking in prayer.

Ready for this?
Eternal Happiness = NO Separation From God!

Ahhhh feels good to know the magical formula to eternal happiness huh? :)
I sure think so.

"Men are that they might have joy"
2 Nephi 2:25

If you made it this far, thanks haha :)
I just felt the need to remember this, and to share it with everyone else!

All my love,
Aleigh Joy

It's a Sunday.

Sunday, February 3, 2013
And if you haven't already figured this out, I reallllyy enjoy Sunday's :)
Kinda like I really enjoy polka dots, vintage dresses, sea foam green, Christmas music, letters from sweet Hunter, being cozy in bed as rain is falling in the night, cheap clothes, well you get the picture.
Most Sundays I wake up after a lovely slumber and my mind is yearning to be spiritually enlightened.
I get the feeling of, "ahh its finally Sunday."
Today Braden threw a pine cone at Sammy's head during our walk.
She immediately burst into tears.
I picked her up and held her close as she sobbed on my shoulder.
I kissed the spot that was hurting and immediately felt her arms wrap around me as a smile broke through.
I looked at her and smiled as I said, "Oh sweet Sammy, don't cry. Its a happy day, its Sunday."
I got to snuggle her for quite a bit longer and my heart absolutely melted.
I love my calling with all my heart. Those kids bring me so much joy.
They are yet another reason I love Sundays.
Anyhow, I listened to a few short Mormon messages this morning as I was doing my hair.
I thought I would share the two that especially warmed my heart.

I love them both.
I love my church.
I love Sundays.

And now onto a new week, I already can't wait for Sunday.

All my love,
Aleigh Joy

Sunday is my thinking day

Sunday, January 27, 2013

> Be patient with yourself. Perfection does not come in this life, but in the next.
>Scripture study is more than important. Seek and ye shall find.
> Now is the time to prepare ourselves to meet our Heavenly Father.
>The power of prayer hits me hard. Ask and ye shall receive.
> The Lord expects us to do something before we receive something.
>Patience with others is crucial, we must see others as they may become.
> There is something in each day to be grateful for and cherish.
>At the end of the day, I hope your cheeks hurt from smiling.
> If you feel and express joy, you will be happy.

And so, I shall leave you with a quote. One I particularly love:

"We are never alone. The teacher is always silent during a test."
There are so many times in our lives where we feel alone. No one there to hold your hand, dry your tears or give you words of encouragement. But we are truly never alone, God is always there and hears our prayers. Sometimes we may have to struggle, get hurt and betrayed. Without struggle how would we grow? The Lord only puts you through something He intends to help you through. He is always there no matter if He answers your prayers directly or not; He has a plan for you, He knows you're strong enough to overcome. In the toughest of days, it is essential to stay obedient and have faith. "Your loving Father in Heaven would never leave you alone in this mortality to wander in the dark. You need not be deceived  You can overcome the darkness of this world and discover divine truth."
-Neal A Maxwell

You Raise Me Up

Sunday, January 20, 2013
Happy Sunday!

Really though, today I feel really quite happy.
I slept in, ate honey bunches of oats, curled my hair, emailed Hunter, listened to a conference talk, put on a maxi dress and was off to church.
The sun was shining and I had my best friend beside me. I'm so lucky to have the best friends ever that believe the same as me.
Sacrament meeting was awesome. I received my young womanhood recognition today. I started that journey as a sophomore. I love that I have made it this far.
In primary the lesson was about missionaries and ours came in to talk to the sweet children. I missed my sweet missionary in Ohio but it helped me feel close to him.
During third hour I asked the kids if they knew where we came from before coming to Earth. Emily responded, "The North Pole!" I giggled and my heart felt warm. I love my sunbeams.
They have such a special spirit about them. I can't help but just want to squeeze their cheeks and hug them all day long.
We took them for a walk and the sun felt warm on my skin. Weston fell on his knee. I kissed it and he gave me hugs. My heart was warm once again.
There is something so magical about watching these sweet three year old's running around in the grass with the sunshine making their eyes twinkle as they collect pine cones, flowers, and chase each other around :)
I'm now sitting here in happiness, in peace.
I love my church with all my heart.
I love Sunday's. I look forward to them all week.
So Happy Sunday friends!
I hope you have a lovely day and remember why we set aside one day of rest :)

All my love,
Aleigh Joy

May God be with you til we Meet Again

Monday, October 8, 2012
Wasn't General Conference just amazing? :)
I personally loved it and have been so happy and inspired all day long.
I was really looking forward to conference for many reasons, but mostly just the happiness that it brings.
I loved waking up in the morning, snuggling up in my blankie, and listening to the inspired words of the general authorities.
Every talk was so wonderful, but I really enjoyed Elder Bednar's talk from the Sunday afternoon session.
If you missed it, have no fear! You can read, listen, and watch it all here :)

Happy Monday friends!
Lets hope we see some colder weather!
I hear its supposed to rain on Thursday, and Disney has started playing Halloween movies!
Oh the Joy! :)

Settle down, it'll all be clear

Sunday, September 2, 2012

I let my thoughts run free most of the time, I think its good. The quality of my thoughts though, could be altered a little bit. There are plenty of times in my life that I am being too judgmental or too hard on myself. Now, what good will that do to the level of my happiness? Absolutely nothing. I've realized that the times I feel the happiest are when I am dwelling on all things good.

I have reflected a bunch on this past week and the thoughts I let myself think. I tried my hardest to remember all the happy ones, to remind myself of the blessed life I live.

The other day as I was running, I passed by the cemetery in this town. I saw two women standing beside a grave holding each other closely. I immediately thought of the plan of salvation and all the happiness and strength it gives me. I have such a strong testimony of this beautiful plan our Heavenly Father has for us and I am so thankful that I get to live with him again. I'm not sure what the relation those 2 women had to the person they were visiting, but I'll almost guarantee they were family. Would things be different for them if they knew they would have a chance to be with that person again, that there is a happy and perfect life awaiting us after death? I am almost positive it would. Death is but a passing on to the next life, it is necessary in our Heavenly Father's plan. I thought about Anthony and my heart felt happy. That was a quality thought.

I have been babysitting for a family with an adorable baby boy recently. The first time I went there, he was sound asleep for most of the time I was there. This past time I went, I got to play mommy and spend more time holding, cuddling, and playing with the sweet little one. There were several times I would look at him and I really could see Heaven in his eyes. He is perfect, in every way. As I played with him and saw his sweet smile, my heart melted. I fed him and saw the innocence in his eyes. I laid him down in his crib, put in his pacifier and watched his eyes slowly drift away as I sang lullabies. His stillness touched me. I now understand why we are trying to be like children. Yet again I see quality in that thought.

Lastly, today we had testimony meeting in church. For those of you that are not clear on this topic, we as Mormons fast on the first Sunday of every month for something near and dear to us. As we fast we reflect on the reasons we are not eating and draw nearer to our gracious Heavenly Father. Today I started to feel a little bit hungry but quickly remembered my reasoning for fasting. I took a second to ponder my reasons and was quickly reminded of why it is so important to continue on. I continued to listen to the testimonies being shared. I am so grateful for a wonderful ward with such strong testimonies. Just by sitting in the chapel you can feel so much love. Afterwards Audrey and I were off to primary as our first week of being co-sunbeam teachers. I am very happy to say that it went well and I can already tell these kids are going to teach me something very important. Patience.

I hope you have a beautiful remainder of your Sunday :)

All my love,
Aleigh Joy

Blessed Babes!

Monday, May 7, 2012
This weekend may have been one of the longest of my life. We had a fundraiser on Saturday for girls camp. A garage sale to be exact, that involved sorting piles upon piles of clothing the night before. It got tiring, and some of the clothes were quite different to say the least.
\ However, I did score myself a pair of red high heels pretty much brand spankin new for TWO dollars. Heck yes! This garage sale was so big that we had to have a moving truck take everything down to the parking lot, we don't mess around. Needless to say, I was so ready for bed when it came time. Oh but it gets better, I got woken up at FOUR FIFTY IN THE AM, because the sale started at five. Say what? Yeah, not a happy camper. I ended up working the bake sale for as long as I was there, and may have taken a few butterscotch bars while I was at it. Around 10:30 I left and headed over to Jamba for a six hour shift. Thank goodness it wasn't super busy and only one grumpy customer complained of her smoothie being "absolutely disgusting". I met up with Aubrie Ann after work since she conveniently works at H&M right across from Jamba. We headed over to Salsa for a little cinco de mayo dinner with a few other Moore's. After a great day of being up for about 18 hours I was beyond ready for bed. Sunday Morning I headed right back over to the Moore's house to attend three different baby blessings at three different buildings with Michelle and Logan. It was quite a hefty day, but seriously fun. Each of the babies looked precious and did so well as they were being blessed. Each father did a wonderful job as well while blessing their children with wonderful lives ahead. You would have thought they did it a hundred times :) The day was jam packed with luncheons and pictures and visiting with some of my favorite people.
First up was Hudson Gregory Nielsen.
Next was Sienna Marie Moore, don't mind the nosing in the picture :)
Lastly, was Sadie Grace Dunham. What precious blessed babes they are. Sunday dinner was prepared by the Nielsen family and it was a deligthful meal full of pork roast, cheesy biscuits, spinach salad, pesto pasta, and a delightful chocolate bundt cake! It was another night of my life I went to bed with a happy and grateful heart. How precious life is! To conclude, a few more pictures from the joyous Sunday affair!
Landon Patrick giggles :)
